Engagement Process
reenvision begins any engagement with an informal discussion of objectives, anticipated outcomes and any client-specific requirements. If we agree that reenvision is an appropriate partner, we then develop a letter of engagement that defines roles and responsibilities, terms and key deadlines.
As an engagement proceeds, we communicate continuously and adapt our approach as needed to address any unexpected changes or variations in the scope of work. At the end of a project, we undertake an in-depth debriefing, including agreement on communication of results and/or next steps.
Occasionally reenvision may be available to provide ongoing support on a retainer basis.
Geographic Focus
reenvision is based in Wynyard on the spectacular northwest coast of Tasmania. We work with clients on both a virtual and in-person basis. We offer a range of exceptional locations and experiences across Tasmania to convene bespoke meetings and training courses.
Our primary region for engagement is Australia, but we occasionally provide services internationally in concert with local and regional partners. We have a particular interest in working on coastal and marine systems given their critical importance to planetary functioning, and to the economies and wellbeing of coastal and island communities.
