Ian Dutton is a globally experienced strategist and excutive leader with a track record of building high-performing teams, designing highly innovative ventures, and delivering lasting impact at local, national, and regional scales.
His career spans marine and natural resources management, where he has worked at the intersection of policy, investment, and organisational change — helping governments, NGOs, and private sector partners move from intention to measurable outcome.
Ian brings particular expertise in strategic planning, capacity building, impact investing, philanthropy, change management, and the design of novel public-private partnerships.
