The challenge
To diversify funding for an organisation largely dependent on public sector funding.
Our approach
Reenvision worked closely with Board, staff and senior executives to develop a philanthropy strategy and build the capacity of the team to raise funds from a diversity of local and national funders. Reenvision also provided coaching on a range of approaches to fundraising.
The outcome
The organisation now has an active program of annual and project-based fundraising.
